With the valve out of the way, we can remove the throttle valve arm (Step 11). I also removed the throttle stop adjustment screw, for separate cleaning. Before doing so, however, I noted that 3.75 turns were required to bottom out the screw. I will put the screw back in the same location when reassembling the carburetor.
