The idler/third arm had a lot of play in it and
needed to be rebuilt. Two screws below, and one
larger screw above hold it onto the frame. A small
pin holds the larger pin in place. I used a narrow
center punch and a hammer to gently remove the
small pin. Then, using the same punch, I hammered
through the cap on one end, forcing the opposite
end cap out. Reversing this operation got the
second cap off, as well as the large internal pin.
