Once the hub’s out of the way the King Pins can be
hammered out. I popped the top cover out by using a
punch from the bottom, then hammered the pin out of
the bottom by using the same punch on the top. Note
that the lower control arm is still attached. I
removed this by removing the bushings. (A little
heat from a torch made this a bit easier).

Note the angle of the steering knuckle, relative to
the spindle. This information is important for
reassembly, as it will help you avoid putting it
together backwards.
