In order to remove the spring, you have to remove
the 4 bolts holding lower control arm shaft. First,
however, you need to place a hydraulic jack under
the control arm, with a slight bit of tension. This
allows you to gradually relieve the tension in the
spring. (I tried using a spring compressor, but it
wouldn’t fit. The manual actually recommends the
jack approach!) Guys, this is dangerous, especially
when you put it back together.
