The curved piece of stainless that runs along the
perimeter of the door was held in place with six
clips shown below (left), which were in turn held
in place by small screws underneath the rubber
seal. I had to drill out a couple of these screws,
but the clips are in good shape. The matching
curved stainless that ran across the door, just
below the window opening was held on by 8 of the
pressed-in variety of clips (right), only 4 of
which remained on my car. These will need to be
replaced.
The door handle was surprisingly easy to remove--it
was held in place via a metal clip.
