The radio speaker is held to the inside of the dash by two brackets. The brackets are attached to the speaker with bolts. They are held to the dash by 4 nuts; the bolts are screwed to the chrome speaker cover on the dash. A screen is held in place between the brackets and the speaker.

The speaker is easily replaced, but I saved the old one to match the dimensions.
