With the seat out of the way, the next thing I had
to do is remove the heater vent. The vent is held
in place by one large bolt, and a couple of smaller
bolts that can’t be seen easily.


The difficult part about this piece is that it is
clamped to one of the vent cables. I used a bit of
WD-40 and very carefully removed this screw. All
parts were placed in a labeled bin.
Actually, the purpose of removing the heater vent
was so I could get access to the radio, which is
shown on the next page.
