The lip of the outer fender slips on top of the inner fender. 5 screws (red) and 1 bolt (blue) along the top of the outer fender hold it to the inner fender. Two additional bolts (green) hold the top radiator support to the fender. The assembly order for the bolts is, left to right, Bolt head, washer, support, outer fender lip, inner fender wall, washer, lock-washer, nut. The passenger side is a mirror image of this picture.
